1. Order Processing & Preparation
All submitted orders will be automatically verified, inspected, and packaged within 24–48 business hours once payment is successfully confirmed. Our processing days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UK national public holidays, bank holidays, weekends, and official company downtime. Any orders placed during non-business hours will be queued and processed on the next working day.
Every item undergoes strict pre-shipment quality control and packaging checks to ensure products are intact, undamaged, and match the ordered specifications before dispatch. We strive to ensure accurate order preparation for every customer purchase.
2. International Shipping & Delivery
Raldven provides secure standard international shipping services to most countries and regions across the globe. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an official shipping confirmation email that includes a valid tracking number and real-time logistics query link. You may monitor your parcel’s transportation status and delivery progress online at any time.
The standard international delivery timeframe is 14–21 business days after dispatch. This estimated transit period excludes local weekends, public holidays, and international customs processing time. All delivery estimates are for reference only and are not legally guaranteed.
Occasional delivery delays may occur due to uncontrollable external factors, including but not limited to international customs clearance inspections, official duty reviews, adverse weather conditions, global logistics route adjustments, local courier service delays, and regional policy restrictions. Raldven is not liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics or governmental procedures. We recommend customers place orders in advance to avoid urgent delivery requirements.
3. Return & Refund Policy
3.1 Return Eligibility & Conditions
We offer a customer-friendly return and exchange service within 30 calendar days from the logistics-verified delivery date. To qualify for return or exchange, all returned goods must meet the following standard conditions: all products must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of scratches, stains, damage, or any signs of personal use; all original brand tags, labels, packaging boxes, accessories, and complimentary gifts must be fully intact and unremoved; products must remain in original brand-new condition.
We reserve the right to reject return requests if items show artificial damage, improper cleaning traces, incorrect usage damage, missing original packaging or tags, and secondary use marks. All returned items will be thoroughly inspected by our professional warehouse team upon receipt, and the final result of return approval shall be subject to official inspection standards.
3.2 Official Return Application Procedure
All return and exchange applications require prior official authorization from our customer support team. Please do not return items without formal confirmation. To initiate a return, kindly send an email to our official support mailbox (support@raldven.store) and provide your detailed order number, product name, SKU code, purchase quantity, specific return reason, and clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging.
Our customer service team will review your application within 1–3 business days. Once approved, we will issue a formal Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return shipping instructions via email. You must follow the official guidelines to send back your parcel with the valid RA number attached.
Important Notice: Unauthorized returns, anonymous parcels, or returns that do not comply with our official return rules will be directly rejected. We will not process unapproved returns and assume no responsibility for related logistics fees, parcel loss, or additional costs incurred.
3.3 Return Shipping Cost Rules
For returns caused by personal reasons, including size unsuitability, style dissatisfaction, wrong order placement, and unnecessary purchases, customers shall bear all return shipping fees and related logistics expenses. No shipping fee refunds will be provided for voluntary personal returns.
If returns are caused by our official errors, such as incorrect product delivery, missing items, quantity errors, factory product defects, or in-transit damage confirmed by our inspection, we will fully cover the return shipping cost. Under such circumstances, you are eligible to choose a full refund or free product exchange, and we will provide complete after-sales logistics support and corresponding compensation.
3.4 Refund Rules & Processing Timeline
After receiving your returned parcel, our warehouse team will complete a comprehensive inspection within 3 business days to confirm product condition and return qualification. Once your return request is officially approved, we will initiate the refund process within5–7 business days.
All refunds will be returned through the original payment channel to your original payment account. The refund arrival time depends on the processing efficiency and regulations of your bank, payment platform, or third-party payment institution, which is beyond our control. If you do not receive the refund within 10 business days after we initiate the refund, please contact our support team immediately for verification and follow-up processing.
3.5 Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
To comply with hygiene safety standards and commercial sales regulations, the following product categories are final sale and non-returnable and non-exchangeable: personalized customized products made according to customer requirements, intimate apparel and personal hygiene products, clearance discount final-sale items, gift cards, discount coupons, and all free promotional gifts.
All non-returnable products will be clearly marked on their respective product detail pages. Please carefully check product information, size charts, and specifications before placing orders. Our team reserves the right of final interpretation for all special return applications under exceptional circumstances.
